CLIPS has successfully completed the second phase of piloting innovative cloud public services, developed by the partners, in the 4 pilot cities of Bremerhaven (Germany), Lecce (Italy), Novi Sad (Serbia) and Santander (Spain). The piloted services cover a range of public services in areas such as administration, billing, culture and entertainment, education, transport, and utilities. CLIPS will release 13 final services onto the marketplace as a direct result of the pilot activity.
The new CLIPS Platform will be released later this year, with a marketplace where Public Authorities can easily gain access to services and service providers from across Europe, and will enable SMEs to play a key role in the delivery of public services.
